Delete your account and data
You can ask at any time for your lumHUB account and its associated data to be deleted. Here is what happens, what we need from you and what you can do right now without waiting for anyone.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in identity, also at Clerk, the provider that manages sign-in.
- Your profile: display name, bio, colour, language and appearance.
- Your synced progress and records in games and courses, your favourites, achievements and streak, and your export history.
- Your suggestions and saved conversations: we delete them or unlink them from your identity.
What may be kept
- Data that a law requires us to keep for the period it sets.
- Minimal security or moderation records needed to protect the service and other people.
- Aggregated measurement summaries without identifiers, which cannot be linked to you.
- Backups, which are overwritten in their normal cycle.
How to request it
- Write from your account’s email using the “Request deletion” button on this page, or to contacto@lum360.com.
- Give your name and confirm that you understand it is permanent.
- We check that you are the account holder (for example because you write from the account’s email or confirm a detail of it).
- We delete your data and confirm by email, within the periods set by law.
If you manage a business listing
Before deleting your account tell us what you want to do with your listings: remove them (they stop being public) or transfer them to someone else on your team. If you do not say, we remove the listings only you managed.
What you can do right now
- Remove favourites: from your account, in the “Favourites” section.
- Delete your saved conversation with the assistant, from the guide.
- Stop measurement: turn it off from «Measurement preferences» in the footer.
- Delete local data: in your browser settings, clear the data for the lumhub.app site.
Google or other provider accounts
If you sign in with Google or another provider, deleting your lumHUB account does not delete your account with that provider: only the one lumHUB holds for you is deleted.
Other rights over your data
You can also ask for access, rectification or objection without deleting your account. How to do it is in the Privacy.
